Where the North Sea and the Westerschelde meet, on the 9th floor of the Pharos III complex, lies an apartment with a view you won't easily forget. Brisas del Breskens — Spanish for the breeze of Breskens — is a place where you can truly unwind, in one of the most unique locations in Zeeland.
The panoramic balcony wraps entirely around the apartment. Sea, beach, Westerschelde and the harbour of Breskens — you only need to turn to see a completely different painting. A painting that constantly changes and never gets boring. Large ocean-going vessels heading for Antwerp, pleasure boats entering the harbour, and if you're lucky: seals relaxing on the sandbanks. With the spotting scope in the apartment, you won't miss a thing.
The apartment
Completed in 2023, the apartment is fully and very luxuriously furnished. The modern kitchen features a Quooker boiling-water tap, combi oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and an induction hob with integrated extraction. For wine lovers there is a wine climate cabinet — so you always enjoy your wine at the perfect temperature.
The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom with rain shower and a luxury 210 cm box-spring bed. Sleeping in has never been easier.
The Sunshower
One bathroom is equipped with a Sunshower Deluxe — a real showpiece. Whether you want to relax with infrared warmth after a day at the beach, or simply top up your vitamin D: the Sunshower provides that holiday feeling, even when the sun isn't cooperating.
Right on the beach
From the complex you can walk straight onto the beach. Breskens and the beautiful Zeeuws-Vlaanderen lie at your feet — with all the space, tranquillity and nature that this special corner of the Netherlands has to offer.
On arrival, the beds are made and towels are ready. There is a secure bicycle storage with charging facilities, and you can park your car comfortably in the parking garage.
